Obama's Unveiled

The first couple in wax, unveiled by Madame Tussaud's in New York today, completes a pair started there last year. The tux that the president wears in the wax museum and white gown inspired by the Jason Wu which the first lady wore to the inaugural ball are not permanent fixtures, however.

In two weeks, Madame Tussaud's will exchange the formal wear for everyday wear. He will don a business suit, she a mint-green J. Crew skirt and cream cardigan.

(The museum already had the wax couple on display in its Washington and London displays, but New York's was the first to display them in inaugural attire.)
